The Sri Lanka Trend Survey on Tobacco is a survey that monitors and identifies the prevailing trends, patterns, and attitudes related to tobacco and tobacco use. The Alcohol and Drug Information Centre (ADIC) conducts the survey and publishes the results.

This survey focuses on males ages 15 and above. Prior to 2011, the survey was referred to as the Spot Survey on Alcohol and Tobacco Trends. From 2000-2017, the survey was conducted in July and December of each year over the course of two weeks to one month. In 2018, the annual data collection shifted to July.
