India Sample Registration System 1976-1978

This printed report, based on the records of the Sample Registration System (SRS), provides information on estimated population by age-groups, age-specific fertility rates and other fertility indicators, mortality indictors, age-specific death rates by sex, percentage distribution of sample births by type of medical attention received at birth, and percentage distribution of sample deaths by type of medical attention received at death.
