  • A household questionnaire collected information on all household members and visitors, and identified women eligible for the individual questionnaire.
  • An individual women’s questionnaire covered topics such as sexual behavior, teenage pregnancy, knowledge and use of family planning, maternal and child health, breastfeeding, marital status, knowledge of HIV/AIDs, fertility preferences, employment, occupation, and information about husbands.
