The French Observatory for Drugs and Drug Addiction (OFDT) is a non-profit organization that disseminates data on drug and drug addiction, consults on drug policy and methodology, and examines public response to policies. OFDT's monitoring system utilizes household surveys that collect data on drug users, kinds of drugs used, use prevalence, circulation and trafficking markets, and health and social consequences of use. 

The OFDT is the French point organization for the European Information Network on Drugs and Drug Addiction (REITOX), which is coordinated by the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA).
