Data from sexual health, family planning, student and youth health clinics, as well as diagnostic laboratories, are used to cover the STIs of public health importance, including chlamydia, gonorrhoea, genital herpes, genital warts, syphilis, non-specific urethritis, chancroid, granuloma inguinale, and lymphogranuloma venereum.
