2020 - present

The COVID-19 Health Services Disruption Survey is a series of surveys developed to assess the level of disruption to a range of health services resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent government mandates and changes in behavior to mitigate the spread of the disease. Variations of the survey were conducted using 3 data collection partners (Premise, IPSOS, and ORB), each with related but distinct surveying and sampling methodologies.

This survey series was developed specifically to assess the change in levels of service delivery prior to, and immediately following, the onset of the COVID-19 global pandemic. Data generated from these surveys are not intended to be used as overall estimates of the levels of health service delivery.

Data from the COVID-19 Health Services Disruption Survey helped inform the 2020 Goalkeepers Report: COVID-19: A Global Perspective and 2021 Goalkeepers Report: Innovation and Inequity.
