WHO Mortality Database Version February 2022

The WHO Mortality Database contains vital registration data reported by the countries to the WHO. Each Member State reports population data together with their mortality data, to represent the population covered by the death registration system. However, the completeness of death registration may be less than 100% for the specified registration population.
