Summary 

The purpose of this survey was to gather information on births, deaths, and household demographics. The data were collected throughout urban and rural areas in every province.

In-person interviews were used to collect information from household members. The questionnaire includes modules on household sociodemographics, women ages 15-49 years, and household deaths.
