Summary 

The Vanuatu Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS) 2023 is part of MICS6, an international survey initiative to monitor the situation of children and women. Topics commonly covered in MICS include immunization, education, child and maternal health, family planning, and HIV/AIDS. For the 2023 survey, 4,327 households were successfully interviewed, with household water quality testing being completed for 1,074 households and source water quality testing being completed for 1,046 households. 3,412 women, 1,389 men, 2,043 children under the age of 5, and 2,466 children ages 5-17 completed individual interviews.
