Summary 

The 2008-2011 National Diet and Health Survey is a three-year, continuous, cross-sectional survey of children and adults over the age of 18 months. Data were collected through a questionnaire, food diaries, anthropometric measurements, blood and urine samples, and a physical activity monitor for children aged 4-10.
