Summary 

Conducted in October-November 2010 by the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, this survey sampled 6,340 urban and rural households across the country, with 4,422 fully completed questionnaires on the topics of household characteristics, household members, reproduction, child mortality, and maternal mortality. Survey results on infant, child, and maternal mortality are weighted, and the survey was not administered to seven of the 13 Districts of Republican Subordination administrative division.
