The 2010-2011 round of this survey is the third time that this national survey for adults has been untaken. This round also served the purpose of comparing habits to those recorded in previous surveys in order to investigate trends. The data were collected through an online, self-completed 4 day food diary and questionnaire. For the diary, participants recorded all foods and beverages consumed over 4 consecutive days. The questionnaire covered the themes of sociodemographic characteristics, diet, and time use. Height and weight were also recorded. The sample size for this survey was 1,797 respondents between the ages of 18 and 80 years old. Blood and urine samples were collected from a subset of these participants. The samples were analyzed for vitamin D, folate, ferratin, and contaminants.
