Sri Lanka Health at a Glance 2008 summarizes the overall health sector status and performance for the country. It is compiled by the Medical Statistics Unit (MSU), a department of the Ministry of Health, and is charged with collecting and analyzing the health information of the country.

This statistical newsletter includes the number of hospital beds and health facilities within the country, government health expenditure, the total number of outpatient and clinic visits, and the number of health care personnel.
