Summary 

The cross-national Asian Barometer survey was conducted using an in-person interview to assess public opinion on democracy, security, world and local politics, and economic issues. The surveys were conducted in four waves across nineteen countries. Wave 4 was conducted between 2014-2016 in fourteen countries with the addition of Myanmar.
