Summary 

The objective of the Epidemiological Survey of Mental Health in the City of Huánuco is to identify the main mental health problems (depression, anxiety disorders, addictions and other mental health issues) in that area, the social conditions of people who suffer from them, and access to health services. The survey covers the city of Huánuco, in the department of Huánuco. The survey interviewed adolescents from 12 to 17 years old; married or cohabiting women; adults 18 years of age or older; senior adults aged 60 or more. There were 555 adolescents, 1,402 married women, 1,496 adults, and 458 older adults interviewed.
