Summary 

The OECD Health Statistics database contains statistics on health and health systems across OECD countries. It is updated annually, and includes data on health status, health care resources and utilization, health expenditure and financing, pharmaceutical consumption and sales by ATC code, and health insurance. OECD Health Data also includes statistics related to non-medical determinants of health, such as food, alcohol, and tobacco consumption. Data are given both by sex and as totals where possible. Coverage varies greatly by country and indicator, but all data fall between 1960 and the present.
