Summary 

The purpose of the National Manpower Stock And Employment Generation Survey was to collect employment, unemployment, and occupational profile data for Nigeria. The 2010 survey serves as a baseline for evaluation of policy and programs including career planning and job seeking.

Two separate questionnaires were used in the survey; one for households and the other for small businesses. A total of 76,640 households and 75,925 businesses successfully completed the questionnaire.
