Nivel Primary Care Database includes data dating back to 1970 about the occurrence of conditions in the Netherlands and about the care provided and quality of care by various primary care providers. It draws from data that is routinely recorded in the health care provider’s electronic health record system. This dataset includes incidence and prevalence for 123 diagnoses at general practices in the Netherlands from 2011-2023.
