Malaria Indicator Surveys are designed to provide information on malaria prevalence, treatment, and prevention practices. For the 2017 Malawi MIS, 3,860 women ages 15-49 from 3,729 households were successfully interviewed. Blood tests were conducted for anemia, and malaria in children ages 6-59 months.
