Malaria Atlas Project Plasmodium Falciparum Parasite Rate Database

The Malaria Atlas Project Plasmodium Falciparum Parasite Rate Database contains data on the prevalence of the Plasmodium falciparum parasite in countries in the Americas, Africa, and Asia. It consists of survey data drawn from a range of published and unpublished sources, including major health and demographic surveys, scientific literature, reports, and direct communication with malaria specialists, and it is continously updated. Each survey included in the database has been disaggregated to individual geographic locations and dates. Approximately half of the survey records in the database used for the Malaria Atlas Project's parasite prevalence models are available for download.
