Summary 

Part of MICS2, an international survey initiative to monitor the situation of children and women, covering health, education, child protection and HIV/AIDS; it includes vaccination, contraceptive use and symptoms like diarrhea, cough and fever. For the 2000 Lebanon survey, 6,834 households were successfully interviewed for a national response rate of 94.5 percent.
