Summary 

The Kuwait National Nutrition Survey (KNNS) covers dietary, health, demographic, and anthropometric data from Kuwaiti citizens. The questionnaire contains questions related to dietary behavior and eating habits, education, literacy, and income level. The survey includes height, weight, and blood pressure measurements as well as testing for levels of hemoglobin, blood sugar, and cholesterol in the nationally representative population of Kuwaiti citizens.

The sample size was 5,418 households, with a response rate of 53%, and 1,830 individuals, with a response rate of 24%. Interviews were conducted at seven Ministry of Health health care clinics from July 2008 to November 2009.
