National health accounts (NHA) constitute a systematic monitoring of the resource flows in a country's health care system, helping to inform the evaluation of health care policy.

The 2001-2002 Kenya NHA includes full NHA tables and analysis on the following resources flows: financing sources to financing agents, financing agents to providers, financing agents according to function, and providers according to function. The report also includes tables and analysis of HIV/AIDs subaccounts, including the following resource flows: financing sources to financing agents, financing agents to providers, and financing agents according to function.
