Summary 

The Garissa Integrated Nutritional Survey utilized the Standardized Monitoring and Assessment in Relief and Transition (SMART) survey methodology to assess malnutrition prevalence in children 6-59 months of age in Bangale, Madogo, Bura, Galole, and Wenje Divisions in the Tana River District of Kenya's former Coast Province. Data were collected on mortality, morbidity, anthropometry, immunizations, vitamin A supplements, deworming status, BSFP coverage, and food distribution and security. Data were collected from households in three zones: 546 in the pastoral, 576 in the riverine, and 648 in the urban.
