Summary 

The India Human Development Survey (IHDS) is a nationally representative longitudinal panel survey. For the 2011-2013 IHDS (also referred to as the 2011-2012 IDHS-II), 204,569 individuals from 42,152 households were surveyed. Additionally, data was collected on 23,327 medical facilities, 4,267 schools, and 1,410 villages.
