Summary 

The 2012 Iceland Survey of Health and Wellbeing was carried out among 3,700 individuals who had agreed to continue participating in the study three years earlier. The same questionnaire was also sent to a new random sample of 6,500 Icelandic citizens aged 18–79 with registered residence in Iceland.
