Summary 

The 2009 Haiti National Vaccination Coverage Survey was a multi-stage household cluster survey that used a modified WHO method for sampling. A standardized questionnaire was administered to collect vaccination histories, demographic information, and reasons for under-vaccination of children between 12-23 months old. A child who had received the eight recommended routine vaccinations were considered fully vaccinated. 1,345 children were surveyed.
