Gambia Household Economic Survey 1992-1993

This survey was produced by the Institutional Strengthening Project under the Social Dimensions of Adjustment Program (SDA). It is comprised of modules on household income and expenditure based on the World Bank’s Integrated Survey model as well as a module on migration. Specific topics of the survey include demography, education, health, housing, employment and migration, and the household economy. A Community Survey on market prices in rural and urban areas was also conducted at this time. In addition to the Household Economic Survey the SDA Program included a Priority Survey conducted in 1992 and a Household Education and Health Survey, with sections from the Integrated Survey and Priority Survey, conducted in 1993-1994.
