Summary 

This dataset contains inpatient hospital discharge information as reported to the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INEC) in Ecuador. INEC collects these data on a monthly basis, from all health facilities in Ecuador, in both the public and private sectors. In 2013, 783 establishments reported a total of 1,178,989 discharges.
