EBAS Database EUSAAR Framework - European Supersites for Aerosol Research Project PM2.5 and PM10 Data 1999-2012

EBAS is a database hosting observation data of atmospheric chemical composition and physical properties. EBAS hosts data submitted by data originators in support of a number of national and international programs ranging from monitoring activities to research projects, and is developed and operated by the Norwegian Institute for Air Research (NILU).

The EUSAAR framework contains data for this EU-funded I3 (Integrated Infrastructures Initiatives) project. The objective of EUSAAR is the integration of measurements of atmospheric aerosol properties performed in a distributed network of 20 high quality European ground-based stations; more information about the project is available at its website, www.eusaar.org. Through EBAS, NILU hosts the official database for the project; data quality assurance is jointly performed by project participants.
