Summary 

The purpose of this survey was to gather data on fertility, contraceptive use, and to assess the national family planning program in order to shape future family planning programs. The sample for this survey was 380,000 residents including women aged 15-49 years.

The data were collected through in-person questionnaires inside the home. The themes of the questionnaire were demographic characteristics of household members, living conditions, birth histories, and contraceptive use.
