A total of five questionnaires were used, one short form, one long form, one for Canadians abroad, one for households in northern areas and most Indian reservations, and one for individuals located in non-institutionalized collectives or individuals in private households that recorded their responses separately. Approximately 2% of households were enumerated by interview.
