Data were collected through a household questionnaire. The survey utilized a two-stage sampling design wherein villages were considered primary sampling units and households were considered secondary sampling units. The sample frame was derived from the truncated 1999 Cambodia Socioeconomic Survey (CSES). Participants were individuals ages 10 years and over. The sample was comprised of 500 villages and 5000 households.
