To collect this information, this survey adopted the Standardized Monitoring and Assessment for Relief and Transition (SMART) methodology as well as recorded anthropometric measurements of children. The data were collected through in-person household interviews and anthropometric measurements taken from children. The sample size for this survey was 21,123 children from 20,615 households.
