Summary 

This survey collected data on the knowledge, use, and availability of contraceptives. The sample scheme sought a random selection of approximately 2,000 women between the ages 15 and 49, out of which the survey obtained 1,463 successfully completed interviews.

Tabulations, the questionnaire used for the survey, and an analysis of the data can be found in a printed report titled, Fertility and Family Planning in Barbados: Findings from the Contraceptive Prevalence Survey, 1980-1981.
