Summary 

EPI Coverage Evaluation Surveys measure the effect of the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) on vaccination coverage in Bangladesh. For the 2014 EPI CES, seven surveys on immunization were conducted:

  • Childhood Vaccination Coverage Survey of children between 12 and 23 months
  • Measles Second Dose Coverage Survey of children between 18 and 29 months
  • Tetanus Toxoid Vaccination Coverage Survey of mothers with children age 0-11 months
  • Tetanus Toxoid Vaccination (TT5) Coverage Survey of women age 18-49
  • Measles and Rubella (MR) Vaccination Coverage Survey of girls age 16-17
  • Polio Vaccine (OPV) Coverage Survey for children age 0-59 months
  • Vitamin A Coverage Survey for children age 6-59 months
