The survey had an original sample of 4,320 households, of which 3,926 households completed successful interviews; this sample included 1,569 children under 5 years of age, 3,081 non-pregnant women ages 15-49, and 170 pregnant women. Questionnaires for household, women, and children collected sociodemographic information about the household, as well as nutrition indicators, health care use, micronutrient supplementation, anthropometric measurements, and blood tests.
