Argentina People Security Survey 2001

The International Labor Organization's People Security Surveys were carried out in a number of countries around the world to obtain information on people's perceived level of security or insecurity, in order to help shape policies and institutional support and create a Decent Work Index.

In Argentina, 2,800 interviews were conducted in the three main urban centers Buenos Aires, Córdoba, and Rosario, which together represent approximately 40% of the country's population. Both men and women 15-64 years old were interviewed.
