Two questionnaires were used to collect data. The first was a household questionnaire focused on household rosters and on dwellings. The second was a women's questionnaire for all women in a household between the ages of 12 and 49. A total of 552 clusters were sampled successfully, leading to a total of 12,227 households. Furthermore, 14,551 women were successfully interviewed as well as 14,589 children.
