The Senegal Continuous Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) 2018 is part of phase 8 of the Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) series, a nationally representative household survey series. For the 2018 Senegal Continuous DHS, 9,414 ever married women ages 15-49 and 3,764 men ages 15-59 were successfully interviewed from 4,592 households.

The Senegal Demographic and Health Survey 2010-2011 is part of phase six of the Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) series, a comprehensive, nationally representative household survey. Covers population, education, health, nutrition, family planning and household characteristics.
This survey, also known as EDSV-MICS although it is not an official MICS survey, collected data on households, women, men, and children 5 and under. The sample was 7,902 households, 15,688 women age 15 to 49, and 4,929 men age 15 to 59.
In addition to the questionnaire, women were measured and tested for HIV and anemia, men were tested for HIV and anemia, and children were measured for height and weight and also tested for anemia and malaria.
