The Mexico Service Provision Assessment (SPA) 1999-2000 is also known as the Encuesta de Centros de Salud en Asuntos Relacionados a Infecciones de Transmisión Sexual [Survey of Health Centers on Issues Related to Sexually Transmitted Infections](ENCESA) 2000. For the 1999-2000 Mexico SPA, data were collected through interviews of 257 health workers, 324 sexually transmitted infection, family planning and antenatal care client visit observations, and 168 patient interviews.
