Summary 

The Kenya Demographic and Health Survey 2022 is part of phase 8 of the Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) series. This survey is nationally and urban-rural representative, as well as representative at the county level for some indicators. The survey consists of four questionnaires - a household questionnaire, woman's questionnaire, man's questionnaire, and biomarker questionnaire. It collects information on topics including immunization, child and maternal health, family planning, nutrition, health behavior and knowledge, and health care access and use. 37,911 households were successfully interviewed. Of these households, 32,156 women ages 15-49 and 14,453 men ages 15-54 were successfully interviewed.
