Turkish Society of Nephrology National Registry

The Turkish Society of Nephrology's National Registry, or TSN National Registry, was established in 1990. Since then it has released yearly publications under the title "Registry of Nephrology, Dialysis and Transplantation in Turkey." Starting in 1995, individual patient data have also been collected. As of the 2007 report, coverage of the registry is 99%. The Chronic Renal Disease Prevalence in Turkey (CREDIT) survey, begun in 2006, is also part of the Registry's activities.
