Summary 

This 2014 edition of data from the Indonesian Integrated Hospital Information System (SIRS) includes data collected and entered into the system for the year 2013, and withdrawn in May 2014. Data is collected from all hospitals registered with the Ministry of Health, both general and special, public and private institutions.

SIRS presents data on indicators of service (bed occupancy rate, length of stay, turn over interval, net and gross death rates) as well as morbidity and mortality data including emergency department visits, inpatient and outpatient services, oral health care, obstetrics, perinatology, surgery, radiology, laboratory services, medical rehabilitation, mental health services, family planning, drug procurement and prescription activities, referrals, and methods of payment.
