Summary 

Part of phase 3 of the DHS series, a comprehensive, nationally representative household survey. Covers population, education, health, nutrition, family planning and household characteristics.

The sample was 4,178 households and 3,771 women between the age of 15 and 49. Anthropomorphic measurements and blood tests for anemia were done on participating women and their children who were born after January 1992.
