The United States Renal Data System (USRDS), the national data system that publishes the Annual Data Report, collects, analyzes, and distributes information regarding chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in the United States. Reports have been published on an annual basis since August 1989 and are available online from 1994 onward.
