Summary 

This survey is part of the country's Surveillance System of Behavioral Risk Factors of Non-communicable Diseases (NCD) and Injuries. Using a stratified three-stage cluster sampling design and a population frame taken from the Bureau of Registration Administration, Ministry of the Interior, the survey was conducted in 37 provinces. Approximately 1,728 residents ages 15-74 were interviewed in each province. The total sample was 65,542 respondents. The questionnaire covered demographics, health care access, diet and physical activity, alcohol and tobacco use, and disease and injury.

Results of this survey are reported in "The Survey Results of Behavioral Risk Factors of Non-communicable Diseases and Injuries, 2007."
