The population-based Thames Cancer Registry records cancer cases in the populations of London, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent. In 2005 the responsibility for cancer registrations in Hertfordshire and Essex was transferred from the Thames Cancer Registry to the Eastern Cancer Registration and Information Center.
The tables in this report are broken down by age, sex, health authority and region, and type of cancer coded in ICD-10. Incidence and prevalence rates, numbers of new registrations, types of treatment, and survival numbers are presented.
Information is also provided on cancer networks and patient flows and socio-economic variation in cancer incidence.

Australia - Tasmania Cancer Incidence and Mortality Report 1998

This report provides incidence and mortality tables for new cases, deaths, and crude, cumulative, and age standardized rates based on 1998 data from the Tasmanian Cancer Registry. The tables are broken down by sex and 5 year age groups and cancers are coded in ICD-9. The report also highlights bladder, female breast, and ovary cancer data, provides regional distributions of cancer, and demonstrates cancer trends from 1980-1998.
Incidence of non-melanocytic skin cancer is not recorded but mortality numbers are provided.

The 2004 report on cancer statistics from the New South Wales Central Cancer Registry provides population-based incidence and mortality data. Survival data for select cancers are also provided. Data in the tables are broken down by age and sex, and the cancers are coded in ICD-10. For each cancer, 2004 data are provided on number and percentage of new cancer cases; age-specific incidence rates; age-standardized cancer incidence, crude, and cumulative incidence rates; cancer death numbers and percentage; age specific mortality rates; and age standardized mortality, crude, and cumulative mortality rates. Aside from data for 2004, the report provides historical data going back to 1972.

This report provides incidence and mortality data from the first years of the national Guyana Cancer Registry which was established in May 2000. Data are provided on the distribution of select cancers, incidence rates, case-fatality rates, and survival. Data are broken down by region, ethnicity, stages of cancer, ten year age groups, and location of diagnosis. The data are not coded.
For rates provided in the report, the population numbers were taken from results of the 1999 Guyana Survey of Living Conditions.
