Summary 

NORKOST-3 is the third round of national food consumption surveys in Norway. Previous rounds were conducted in 1993-1994 and 1997. Data were collected through two 24-hour dietary interviews and a food trends questionnaire. The sample included 862 men and 925 women between the ages of 18 and 70.
