Summary 

Basic Health Indicators reports on and enumerates the country's health resources and services, such as the number of health care personnel in the country, the number of outpatient health facilities, the number of hospital beds, the number of medical consultations. Causes of morbidity and mortality for a limited range of diseases are also provided.

Mortality rates are classified using ICD-10 and reported per 100,000 inhabitants. Morbidity is defined and reported as the number of inhabitants who contract a disease per 10,000 people exposed to the disease.
